Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international society of gourmets and gourmands whose members share a passion for the culinary arts, camaraderie, fine dining and the pleasures of the table.
The specials served at dinners of this society are made by true innovators of the food and beverage industry with those held in Cebu being no exception.
The Cebu chapter of the group recently had its 32nd Induction Ceremony at the Pacific Grand Ballroom of Waterfront Cebu City & Casino. The task of hosting the celebration went to Waterfront’s general manager, Ali Banting.
It was decided that the menu for this event would draw inspiration from artworks by the celebrated impressionist, Vincent van Gogh.
Cocktails kicked-off at 6:00 PM with welcome drinks like the Growers Gate Rosé 2022, South Australia. These canapés were served: Baked Oyster, Caviar with Blinis, Chicken Roulade, Miso Glazed Pork Belly, Mushroom on Toast, and Savory Macarons.
