With hard work and perseverance, engineer Susan Ornopia-Aroa cemented her legacy as a public servant after she was honored during The Outstanding Cebuano Awards (TOCA) 2025 at the Cebu Business Hotel recently.

In a formal ceremony, the pride of Barangay Ilihan, Tabogon was feted for making a positive impact on the Cebuano community as a Civil Engineer in the field of Public Service.
Now on its 26th year, TOCA aims to recognize exemplary individuals from various fields, highlight the contributions, role and importance of Cebuanos in nation building, and inculcate a deep sense of pride in work excellence and exceptional public service worthy of emulation.
