LTFRB chief orders inspection of bus terminals ahead of Undas

In anticipation of the heavy influx of passengers during All Saints' and All Souls' Days, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has ordered a nationwide inspection of bus stations and transport terminals, along with the deployment of mystery passengers.
Newly installed LTFRB chairman Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II instructed all regional directors to begin inspecting terminals and coordinating with transport operators to ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Mendoza emphasized that passengers should no longer feel as though riding public transport is a privilege owed to them, but rather a service that deserves respect and dignity.
