Items for health and hygiene

First-aid kit: Include bandages, antiseptic wipes, pain relievers, and any other necessary medical supplies.

Prescription medications: Pack at least a 7-day supply along with copies of prescriptions.

Personal hygiene items: Hand sanitizer, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper, and wet wipes.
