The two-time defending champions Cebu Eastern College (CEC) Dragons completed a five-game sweep while the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) Magis Eagles secured the other Top 2 spot in the 12 Under division of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (CESAFI) Season 25 basketball tournament.

Sharif Samad bagged 12 points while Kean Pascua and John Certifico added 10 points each as the Dragons clobbered the San Carlos School of Cebu (SCSC) Baby Warriors, 73-31, to finish the elimination round undefeated in five games.
