After a 13-year hiatus, the Cebu Young Designers Competition made a stellar comeback with the "CYDC: The Finale" runway competition held on March 22 at The Atrium of SM J Mall.
Sarah Tutor bested seven other entrants to the marquee fashion design tilt with her debut collection "Hosana".
The tilt's roster of finalists included King Rosales, John Ivan Galochina, Cris Escobido, Steven Cyrus Agripo, Kimberly Claire Coronel, Johara Mina Mala Mara and Joshua Chiong. King Rosales and Kimberly Clarie Coronel bagged the competition's 1st and 2nd place awards, respectively.
