Cebu-based fuel firm hits record P3.35-B gross revenues in 2024

Publicly-listed Top Line Business Development Corp. posted record gross revenues of P3.35 billion in 2024, a 21 percent increase from the previous year, driven by strong fuel volume growth and disciplined inventory management.

Net income surged 49 percent year-on-year to P115 million, up from P77 million in 2023.
The Cebu-based fuel company sold 72.45 million liters of liquid fuel in 2024, a 29 percent increase from 56.2 million liters in 2023. No inventory write-downs were recorded during the year, reflecting efficient stock handling amid volatile fuel prices.
