BE Group of Companies, through its premier real estate arm Be Residences, has commenced the construction of its landmark project, BE Uptown Park, situated along Juana Osmeña Street, Capitol Site, Cebu City.
The P4.5 billion project is poised to redefine urban living by seamlessly blending luxury, sustainability, and convenience.
“A legacy begins. Laying the foundation for tomorrow’s landmark,” said BE Group CEO Grand Benedicto during the recently held groundbreaking ceremony.
BE Uptown Park is set to deliver an unparalleled residential experience with 400 exclusive units ranging from studio apartments and standard residences to patio suites and three limited sky villas.
Priced between P8 million and P154 million, the development targets Cebu’s growing middle and upper market segments. The sky villas, in particular, offer a rarefied standard of vertical luxury living, underscoring Be Residences’ commitment to elevating the residential landscape in Cebu.
