An “art for a cause” exhibit is now ongoing with the launching of Tops ArtFest 2025 that gathers around 200 artists and showcases more than 1,000 artworks from around 30 participating galleries, transforming the scenic hilltop venue into a sprawling celebration of Filipino creativity.

Artfest 2025 organizer Enzo Dino said that aside from the exhibition, a silent auction featuring 11 selected artworks took place on Saturday, October 25, 2025.

Proceeds from this silent auction will benefit the Cristina Lee Dino Foundation and the Sacred Heart School Batch 85 Foundation, both of which have pledged to donate the funds to earthquake victims in northern Cebu.

The four-day event runs until Sunday, October 26, from 10 A.M. to 9 P.M. daily, offering talks, workshops, and live demonstrations led by the former students of Cebu’s fine arts masters, many of whom are now shaping the contemporary local art movement.

“This year, the angle we’re taking is looking back, time-traveling to how it all began. Last year was about celebrating everything we have today, but this time, we wanted to pay tribute to the pioneers who institutionalized fine arts in Cebu, Martino Abellana, Julian Humalon, and Jose Hoya,” said Dino.
