More than six years have passed since the BhiwandiBorivali ST route was suspended during the Covid pandemic, the service remains offline, forcing thousands of commuters to depend on costly private transport or lengthy rail detours.
Despite rising demand, the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has not revived the route, fuelling public frustration.
