- UP State Bureau

A history-sheeter, identified as Naif (24), son of Asif, was murdered in broad daylight outside the Bulandshahr court on Tuesday. He had come with his girlfriend to solemnize a court marriage when two assailants attacked him with knives, leaving him dead on the spot.

Police said Naif, a resident near Madina Masjid under Kotwali Nagar, was having an affair with his stepfather’s niece, Tasmiya. Two days earlier, he had eloped with her. Her family had filed a complaint against Naif, and on Tuesday morning, a case was registered against him.
