Mom Abuse: NDA Holds Statewide Protest

Ruling NDA on Thursday staged protests across Bihar to protest the use of abusive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his mother even as RJD chief Lalu Prasad attacked PM by asking whether "he ordered BJP members to insult women during the agitation".

While BJP and its allies claimed that the bandh was successful, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav alleged that the bandh was a flop, and also accused BJP workers of indulging in hooliganism on roads.
