Four-Level Grievance Redressal System for Dharavi Residents

As the survey nears completion and the Draft Annexure-II is being prepared, the Dharavi Redevelopment Project (DRP)/SRA has initiated a four-tier grievance redressal system to address concerns raised by Dharavi residents.
HOW IT WORKS Complainants can move to the Competent Authority; the Appellate Officer will handle complaints. If a complainant is not satisfied, they can move to the Grievance Redressal Committee. If the complaint is still not settled, they can move to the Appellate Committee. If the complaint still remains, they can approach the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee.
