Human beings need plenty of water to assist the human chemical processes taking place inside the human body to keep the body cool, to carry out various bodily functions like digestion, respiration, excretion and one needs to drink boiled, pure, chemical-free, mineral-rich and filtered water for extra performance.
But just drinking plain water, boiled and filtered suffices the daily needs. Drink a tall glass of water in the morning as you wake so that you get easy on your stomach and stay healthy all day long and stay hydrated. But one should estimate how much one requires as per his or her thirst. One could also take lukewarm water in the morning as one wakes up for amazing health benefits.
