Punjab Kings held their nerve in a high-scoring thriller to beat Chennai Super Kings by 18 runs in Mullanpur on April 8, defending a formidable 220-run target.

Despite a late scare powered by MS Dhoni's vintage hitting, Punjab sealed a crucial win in the final over.
Opting to bat first, PBKS were powered by a sensational century from Priyansh Arya, who smashed 103 off just 42 balls.
The young opener, aggressive from the start, launched nine sixes and seven fours, taking apart the CSK bowlers in the middle overs.
He found able support from Shashank Singh, who anchored the innings with a composed fifty.
Together, the duo pushed Punjab to a daunting 219/6.
