PM Modi inaugurates world's largest blood donation campaign

In a landmark event combining public service with patriotic spirit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated the world’s largest blood donation campaign, “Raktadaan Amrit Mahotsav 2.0,” on the occasion of his birthday and the 61st Foundation Day of the Akhil Bharatiya Terapanth Yuvak Parishad (ABTYP).
The launch took place from Dhar district in Madhya Pradesh and was streamed across thousands of locations globally. Organized by ABTYP, the historic campaign aims to collect 5 lakh units of blood in a single day, spanning across 7,500 camps in India and an equal number across 75 countries worldwide.
