This has spurred the state government and development bodies into action.

On April 3, the Noida Authority, led by CEO M. Lokesh, directed inspections of key societies with the aim of restoring trust where residents have long battled poor management, shoddy maintenance, and missing amenities. Complaints filed via the CM Yogi Adityanath's Jansunwai portal have flagged illegal encroachments and hawkers clogging streets, often with alleged police inaction.
