Married CISF officer’s conduct with woman ‘unbecoming of uniformed force’, says Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court has observed that a married officer engaging in an inappropriate relationship and sending vulgar messages to a woman is “unbecoming of an officer of a uniformed force”.

The court made the observation while upholding a disciplinary penalty of pay reduction imposed on a CISF sub-inspector accused of sexually harassing a female colleague through obscene messages and harassing phone calls.
