According to a study conducted by the CFA Institute, the IT sector has the representation of women in the workforce, with 30% female participation. The under-representation of women in the workforce has been and continues to be a major cause of concern always. The tech industry must take decisive steps to bridge this gender disparity. The solution lies in creating an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
