Q. Many women struggle with self-doubt and guilt during career breaks. What are some mindful strategies to rebuild confidence during reentry?
Ans. The first step is to stop seeing your break as a gap and start viewing it as a phase of growth. Confidence returns when we connect with who we've become, not who we were.
