Sex, Gender, Transgender, Surgical change of Gender are complex and nascent issues. Transgender has been recognized as a third gender in India. But even lawyers are not conversant with these concepts. This book sheds light on the law relating to transgenders. More important, this book will educate the transgender about their rights and guide the transgender how to actually obtain them.
Dr. Binoy Gupta is a distinguished Indian author whose works weave intricate tales that resonate deeply with audiences across the globe. He has registered his presence as a visionary novelist whose evocative storytelling and bold imagination have earned him a cherished place in modern literature. Having several books and hundreds of articles to his credit, he has also travelled and lectured extensively, which as a writer sharpens his imaginative abilities all the more. Prof Shiv Sethi from the Daily Guardian had a tete-a-tete with the author. Here are the excerpts.
