Honored with Prof. PC Mahalanobis
Dr. Soni was recently honored by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma with the Prof. PC Mahalanobis Award for his exemplary use of statistical tools in economic planning, monitoring, and execution of public welfare schemes. This recognition at the 19th State Level Statistics Day function highlights his analytical approach to governance.
Sustainable Development Goals Index 2024 Released
Under Dr. Soni's leadership, Jaipur became the first district in Rajasthan to release a District Level Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Index in 2024. This initiative encourages healthy competition among Panchayat Samitis for holistic development. Additionally, the district pioneered the Birth, Death, and Marriage Registration Guide, simplifying legal procedures for the public.
