In today's digital age, kids are growing up surrounded by smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs. Naturally, this has sparked a new question among parents and educators: Is it too early to teach kids how to code?
The short answer? Absolutely not.
In fact, learning to code at a young age can offer far more than just tech skills—it can shape the way children think, solve problems, and express their creativity.
WHAT IS CODING FOR KIDS?
Coding, at its core, is giving instructions to a computer to perform specific tasks. For kids, it's introduced in a fun, visual, and interactive way. Instead of writing complex code, they might use platforms like Scratch, Blockly, or Tynker, where they can drag and drop blocks to create animations, stories, or games. These tools teach the basic logic and structure of programming without the need to type complicated syntax.
