A 2023 McKinsey report estimated that up to 375 million workers worldwide may need to transition to new occupations by 2030 due to automation. However, the World Economic Forum (WEF) offers a more optimistic outlook, projecting that while 85 million jobs may be displaced by 2025, AI-driven industries could generate 97 million new roles in fields like AI development, data analytics, and digital transformation. This shift highlights the importance of adaptation rather than fear.
