Park Village Auctions (PVA) will host an online webcast auction featuring a “well-located”, substantial 1 245 hectare mixed-use agricultural property on Monday, 1 December at 11am.

That's the word from an upbeat PVA director Clive Lazarus who says that he is excited to lead the charge on the sale of this “valuable” agricultural asset.

“This is an extraordinary opportunity to acquire a turnkey agricultural operation in one of South Africa’s highest-yielding regions,” he said.

The land holding, known as farm Humansdam, Senekal, Free State, comprises the remaining extent of farm Wildeals Kop 1045, alongside Portions 1, 2, and 3 of farm Bleboklaagte 1047.

In addition to its massive size, the property is also strategically located approximately 10km from the Senekal CBD on the N5, creating excellent accessibility between Senekal and Arlington.
