An interesting eight-race card is the bill of fare at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth today and at least they have had glorious sunshine in the Western Cape and punters will not have to bother about rain damaging the meeting.
The headliner on the card comes up in Race 7 and is a Progress Plate over 1400m. The best weighted runner is Justin Snaith-trained Little Suzie and this daughter of Trippi will be a popular bet for many punters. She has only raced nine times for two wins, two seconds and two thirds, and her last six outings have been in either Grade 1 or Grade 2 races.
Her last three runs were Grade 2 events at Hollywoodbets Greyville where after a warm-up run in the WSB Fillies Guineas over 1600m, she went on to win the Woolavington 2000 and then finished second in the Gold Bracelet, both over 2000m.
