A top judge in Brazil on Tuesday ordered the closure of a probe into billionaire Elon Musk's social media platform X, ending a longstanding legal feud that soured US-Brazil ties.

Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes opened the investigation into Musk in 2024, by alleging "obstruction of justice" and other crimes over online disinformation.
