We won't be fooled by rivals' recent run, says Sky Blues boss

FRANK Lampard insists he is not paying any attention to Sunderland's recent form ahead of the Championship play-off semi-final.

The Black Cats have limped into the play-offs on the back of five straight defeats.

But Coventry boss Lampard says that will not matter over the course of the two-leg semi-final.

"No one should be fooled by five defeats they have just had," he said.

"They have been in the play-offs a long time and that’s not easy to manage.
