Dilapidated garages could become bungalows

PLANS have been lodged to replace a set of dilapidated garages in Annitsford to make way for housing.

North Tyneside Council, in partnership with garage-to-house specialists Husk and Edwards Architecture, has proposed that two garage blocks off Wardle Drive should be demolished.
The blocks are said to be in a state of disrepair and are currently attracting antisocial behaviour.
