In a significant week for Ithe significant wear fet, eight of the ten most valued domestic firms collectively increased their market valuation by Rs 3.28 trillion.

Leading the gains were blue-chip companies Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Hindustan Unilever (HUL), and Reliance Industries.
The BSE benchmark index experienced a notable surge, jumping 2,732.05 points or 3.69 percent. On Friday, the 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 1,720.8 points or 2.29 percent to reach a new record peak of 76,795.31 during intra-day trading. It closed at an all-time high of 76,693.36, up 1,618.85 points or 2.16 percent.
Among the top ten valued firms, the gainers included Reliance Industries, Tata Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, and ITC. Together, these companies added a total of Rs 3,28,116.58 crore to their market valuations. Conversely, State Bank of India and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) were the laggards.
