The Supreme Court in the case Rajasthan High Court & Anr. v. Jubair Bhati & Anr observed and has dismissed a Special Leave Petition filed challenging the judgement of Rajasthan High Court, wherein the court directed for the appointment of a candidate in the Rajasthan Judicial Services Examination 2021.
In the present case, the candidate had been denied appointment based on pending FIRs against him, which were subsequently closed without charges being filed.
The bench comprising of Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice SVN Bhatti was hearing the present matter.
