Senior Secondary and D.El.Ed. examination: 24 cases of cheating registered

The flying squad of Board Secretary Dr. Munish Nagpal inspected the examination centres of district Sonipat and Rohtak and registered 2 cases of cheating.
A total of 89907 candidates appeared in the Senior Secondary (Academic/Open School) Political Science subject examination of the Haryana Board of School Education held on Wednesday while a total of 1207 student-teachers appeared in the D.El.Ed. (Re-appear/Mercy Chance) Proficiency & Pedagogy of Environmental Studies subject examination.
Apart from the aforementioned, a total of 24 cases of cheating were registered, including 1 case of impersonation. Besides, 6 supervisors were relieved from duty from across the state for negligence in duty.
Giving this information, Board Chairman Prof. (Dr.) Pawan Kumar said that his own flying squad conducted a surprise inspection of examination centres of district Bhiwani, where the examination was being conducted in a systematic manner.
