SC Halts High Court Order on RAS Officer's Corruption Case

The Supreme Court's decision came while hearing a petition filed by the complainant, Sanjay Kumawat, and it has also issued a notice to both the accused and the state government, demanding a response.
RAS officer Bharat Bhushan has received a setback from the Supreme Court. A bench comprising Justice M.M. Sundaresh and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma have stayed the Rajasthan High Court's order that had previously quashed an FIR against him in a corruption case.
