PANCHKULA 21 April: Mainpal: Panchkula police has succeeded in arresting a youth in the case of molestation of a minor girl. A young woman, originally from Uttar Pradesh, told the police in her complaint that she had come to Solan (Himachal Pradesh) to her brother about 1 month ago with her husband, children and niece in search of work. Her niece is 16 years old and her parents died about 8 years ago. Since then, she has been brought up in the woman's house. Due to poverty, they were going to meet her brother at his house on 4th April in search of work, when on the way they met a 23-year-old youth who is basically from Bihar and lives in Pinjore area. He told that he works as a contractor for a company and employs people. The youth hired both of them by promising to pay 10,000 rupees for 8 hours. The girl
