Integrum Energy Infrastructure Limited has filed a DRHP with BSE SME for its upcoming IPO

Integrum Energy Infrastructure Limited (Integrum), a company focused on delivering innovative renewable energy solutions, has taken a significant step towards its Initial Public Offering (IPO) by filing a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with BSE SME.

The filing outlines the company's intention to raise capital through an issue size of up to 54,90,000 equity shares, each having a face value of Rs 10. Of these, 49,50,000 equity shares will be a fresh issue, while 5,40,000 equity shares will be offered for sale (OFS). This move reflects the company's growing ambitions in the renewable energy sector and its strategic focus on scaling its operations.

The proceeds from the IPO will serve multiple purposes aligned with Integrum's growth and expansion plans. One of the primary objectives is to fund working capital requirements, which is crucial for maintaining liquidity and ensuring smooth operations.

Another key goal is to invest in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Integrum Green Assets Private Limited, which is involved in developing green energy projects. This investment will support the expansion of Integrum's business footprint in the renewable energy space.
