The Periodic Labour Force ed by the National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) has revealed concerning statistics regarding unemployment rates among the age group of 15 to 29 years in various states during the period of July-September 2023.

Himachal Pradesh has reported the highest overall unemployment rate at 33.9 percent in cities, followed closely by Rajasthan at 30.2 percent within the same demographic.
