Current fiscal’s net direct tax collection surged 20 per cent year-on-year to Rs 15.60 lakh crore, hitting 8O per cent of revised full-year budget estimates.

The net direct tax collection in the current fiscal year has surged by 20 percent year-on-year, reaching Rs 15.60 lakh crore. This amount represents 80 percent of the revised budget estimates for the full fiscal year.
