Recently, the frequent flyers got a unique loyalty bonusan exposition of the

phrase, 'being left in the lurch'. Passengers became restive at many airports. But there were no riots because of the absence of our favourite trigger for going beserkreligious or caste angle. Till a few months ago, most of us believed that Indian airline industry was as unsullied as shudh desi ghee. Presently, Indigo has lost most of its izzat, which it had gained over a long time, by depositing passengers to their destination on time and in one piece. Also, many passengers who travel by Air India, mumble a prayer while boarding the plane, notwithstanding the assurance of ownership by the Tatas.
