NLEX TOLL INCREASE ON TUESDAY

Motorists will be paying higher fees when traversing through the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) beginning Tuesday, Jan. 20, following the government's approval of the tollway's hike adjustment.
In a statement, NLEX Corp. said it was permitted by the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) to adjust its toll by P6 and P0.26 per kilometer in the open and closed system, respectively.
Under the now toll matrix, motorists in the open system will pay an additional P6 for Class 1 vehicles, P12 for Class 2, and P16 for Class 3.
