Just weeks after being released from jail, a 34-year-old man was arrested anew after police recovered P700,000 worth of shabu and a gun from him during a drug sting in Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal on Wednesday, June 4.

Rizal Police Provincial Office (Rizal PPO) director Col. Felipe Maraggun said the suspect had been released from the Bilibid Prison Maximum Security on May 10. He had been jailed since 2018 for cases of illegal drugs and illegal possession of firearms.
