CHINESE NATIONAL ARRESTED FOR KIDNAPPING FELLOW CITIZEN

A Chinese national was arrested in Parañaque City following the rescue of a fellow citizen who had been kidnapped by a group that included the suspect.
The arrested individual, identified as Zhao, 36, was apprehended during a follow up operation conducted by the Parañaque City Police.
Authorities said three other suspects remain at large.
