The project, developed by AMI Estate LLP, has reportedly been delayed for several years.
Buyers claim that despite paying 10 to 15 percent of the total amount by January 2024, only around 60 percent of the construction has been completed, with work currently stalled.Residents have alleged misuse of funds collected from buyers and have been pursuing the matter with multiple authorities, including the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), MahaRERA, and the Pune Police. However, they claim that no FIR has been registered so far, despite repeated followups
