Last-gasp call-up Bowen wins after Cobden fall

JONBON and understudy jockey James Bowen powered to a resurgent win in a BetMGM Clarence House Chase that proved racing's drama isn't confined to the track.

Having been unveiled as JP McManus retained rider for next season, Harry Cobden was due to don the famous green-and-gold colours on Nicky Henderson's stable stalwart.
