Villa not ready to help Spurs' Euro final bid

ASTON Villa are prepared to fight if the Premier League agrees to Tottenham’s request to move their game later this month.

Spurs have asked the league to move their match at Villa Park forward in order to give themselves better preparation for a possible Europa League final appearance.
The request, which was made before Thursday night’s 3-1 semi-final first-leg win over Bodo/Glimt, is under discussion with both clubs, broadcasters and local authorities.
The match is currently scheduled for May 18 but the London club want it brought forward to the midweek before.
