Midland car theft hotspots revealed in police figures

THE Midland roads where cars are mostly likely to be stolen, broken into or damaged have been revealed.

Police data has shown the areas which suffer most with car crime.
Birmingham’s hotspot is around the city’s airport, serving as a warning to holidaymakers.
The sheer number of cars parked in the area means it doesn’t take many incidents proportionately to put the area at the top of the list.
There were 486 vehicle crime incidents reported last year in the Marston Green and Airport policing area.
