Jens: Brave Well could have won it

The Fir Park boss saw his never-say-die heroes stun Russell Martin's men when Emmanuel Longelo cancelled out James Tavernier's first-half opener in the 87th minute.

But the proud Dane believes it was the least Well deserved for their bravery in taking the game to Rangers in the second half.

Askou said: “It's hard to sum that up right now, it was a very intense and hectic game with a lot of high tempo football in the first half.

“And then I think we were able to take the tempo up a notch in the second half where we needed to chase the result.
