ST MIRREN ace Jayden Richardson insists he has never scored a better goal than his stunning Rugby Park volley and doubts he ever will.

But the Buddies wing-back hopes to keep adding to his Premier Sports Cup goal tally to fire them into the final.

Richardson produced a moment of magic in Friday's quarterfinal win at Kilmarnock. When Keanu Baccus’ cross was cleared to Richardson on the edge of the area, he controlled the ball on his chest and unleashed an unstoppable right-foot volley into the top corner to put St Mirren 2-1 up.

Bruce Anderson's late penalty sent the tie into extra-time before St Mirren held their nerve to progress 5-3 on penalties.
