And on-loan Celtic kid Bonnar found the top corner from the edge of the area, with George Oakley then bagging the fourth.
East Kilbride moved top of Group F after their 4-1 win on the road at Elgin.
Jack Leitch hit a first-half double but Jack Maclver's penalty pulled one back.
