Hilton Colombo came alive with the colours, aromas and traditions of Vietnam in a 10-day culinary showcase held at Graze Kitchen Presented in partnership with Hilton Da Nang, the festival featured an authentic Vietnamese dining experience curated by two of its celebrated chefs, Nguyen Dac Khoa and Tran and Van Toàn.
The festival was more than just a gourmet showcase it was a celebration of 55 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Sri Lanka blending culture, cuisine and camaraderie in a single, elegant affair.
