Training programme on hydroponics held at KVK Kathua

KATHUA: A training programme on Hydroponics - A Modern Soilless Cultivation Technique was successfully conducted at Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Kathua, under the dynamic leadership of Dr. B. N. Tripathi, Vice Chancellor, SKUAST-Jammu.

The programme aimed to promote climate-resilient, resource-efficient, and innovative farming practices among farmers, youth and stakeholders of the region.
Dr. Bharat Bhushan, MLA Kathua, attended the programme as the Chief Guest. He appreciated the SKUAST-Jammu's continuous efforts in transferring advanced agricultural technologies to the grassroots and emphasized the need for organizing more such capacity-building programmes in collaboration with line departments to raise awareness and improve farm productivity.
